Walk through a listing before you ever book a viewing.
lynxmonde puts real properties on a real map — from clean blueprints to richly furnished 2D scenes — so buyers and renters can explore a place instead of scrolling a photo gallery.
Two views of every lot. Full 3D comes later.
The first wave keeps the world flat on purpose — fast to build, fast to load, and honest about scope.
Map
A real city, block by block. Streets and parcels generated from OpenStreetMap — walk the actual grid your listing sits on.
Blueprint
The fast tier. A clean architect's schematic — walls, rooms, dimensions. Ships in minutes, not days.
Rich 2D
The showcase tier. Furnished, lit, and styled top-down scenes — more than a floor plan, still fast to produce.
Full walkable 3D interiors are on the roadmap. That's a heavier build, and it's getting its own research track before it ships.
More than a blueprint. Still fast to build.
Floors, furniture, and light, laid out to scale and styled like a real top-down scene — the tier most listings will actually use, and the one built to look good on any screen.
Turn a photo of a sofa into a real, scaled object.
Every chair, lamp, and rug in lynxmonde is an asset. There are three ways to make one, and you can mix all three on the same lot.
Manual
Build it by hand. Draw or import a 2D asset yourself in the Studio — full control, no AI involved.
MCP
Hand it to an LLM. lynxmonde exposes an MCP interface, so an AI agent can create or edit assets programmatically on your behalf.
Vision model
Photograph it. lynxmonde generates the 2D asset, estimates real dimensions like 2.0m × 0.5m, and assigns the properties that drive how it behaves in the space.
The dashed badge only appears on assets flagged as high-value — it marks provenance, not a marketplace listing.
High-value pieces — art, heirlooms, anything insured — can be minted as an NFT tied to the physical object. It's not for sale. It exists to prove what it is, and it can be rented between lots.
Every AI step here is a suggestion, not a requirement — correct it by hand, or skip it entirely and save the cost.
Build and furnish a lot like a home, not a form.
Draw walls, resize rooms, and drop assets from the Studio into place. It's build-and-buy mode in the spirit of The Sims and Paralives — aimed at a real floor plan instead of an imaginary one. Furniture snaps to grid, the rich 2D preview updates instantly, and a finished lot hands straight to a listing.
AI drafts it. You always finish it.
Mapping a street, generating an asset, dimensioning a sofa, laying out a first pass of a room — lynxmonde can do all of it automatically, and every result stays fully editable by hand.
Built for a browser tab, tuned for a thumb.
No install, no plugin. The same map and the same lot, whether it's open on a phone on a train or a widescreen desktop.
